Lisa Sabina-Campbell has been the Township Administrator at Plain Township since May 3, 2006.
Prior to coming to Plain Township, Lisa was the chief administrator for the Stark County Recorder’s office serving as Chief Deputy Recorder.
She completed a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and worked for several years as a clinical scholar and researcher at the Cleveland Clinic.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Stark County and graduated from Perry High School.
She attended the University of Akron where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees.
Lisa is also a graduate of the 2006 Stark County Local Government Leadership Academy. |

Some of Lisa’s duties include township management and administrative duties, enforcement and execution of policies and resolutions, prepares and administers the township budget in conjunction with the Finance Director,
|
|
and serves as a central source of information and referral for citizens regarding Township activities.
